Immortal Mahavatar Babaji
Heard about the immortal master of the Himalayan? Aged over several thousand years but ever youthful, he is a great server of humanity, has every power, travels by mere thought, and manifests anything needed from the air and still stays youthfully in his physical body, guiding the matured, aged Saadhus, Sanyasins, and Seers seated around him. It is astonishing that the deathless Guru bears no mark of age on his body; he appears to be a youth of not more than twenty-five. Fair-skinned, of medium build and height, his beautiful, strong body radiates a perceptible glow. His eyes are dark, calm, and tender; his long lustrous hair is copper-coloured. This is the simple description one could begin with about living Mahavatar Sri Babaji!!!
Babaji's Ashram
GowriShankar Peeta is Babaji's Ashram near Badrinath in the Himalayas. The Ashram is near the temple town of Badrinath and surrounded by tall or high rock cliffs on all sides, with a row of caves by their side. The largest cave belongs to Babaji. There are two waterfalls opposite this cave in a corner. There is some small group of residents in the Ashram. They use the largest waterfall for bathing and the smaller one for drinking. Though there is no visible light source, even in night, the whole area is well lit. No one can approach on the Ashram closer than a mile without Babaji's permission or concurrence1.
